Quinns W doesnt give true sight it gives regular vision. She is stealthed while in her Anti Sea Bear Circle
It should grant true vision, yet it doesn't, I don't know why Riot doesn't introduce more ways to counter stealth, yet we have the blind fker lee which has 2 abilities that counter stealth.
