Constantly Crashing as Azir

Hey so I'm in a game with a team of Aatrox, Shyvanna, Karma, Lucian, and myself as Azir against Nautilus, Jax, Akali, Morgana, and Jhin, and I (the Azir) cannot play at all. As soon as I join the game it crashes instantly; I've tried to reconnect 6 times trying everything from restarting my client to restarting my computer, but it keeps crashing as soon as I get in game. I'm in a premade queue of five people and I feel bad since it's is a four versus five that i can do absolutely nothing to help. My ping is completely fine. I played a bunch of rankeds that I won earlier, but it is not letting me play at all.
