Unable to Submit tickets
Hello, I don't mean to sound hostile, but I am fairly irritated at this point.
I attempted to make a purchase, and that... well... didn't go well. I understand that you are experiencing problems at the moment, which seems to be happening fairly frequently over the past few days. Service being down hard twice over the past couple days is an issue in and of itself, but I understand that things break (though it is my job to ensure that servers and systems do not break with customer impacting results).
My main point is that in order to ensure a proper transaction occurs (especially given the skin I wish to own is only supposed to available for a limited time(one of the challenger skins)) I attempted to create a ticket.
The events that occur when I attempt to do this are as follows:

I am told that in order to create a ticket I must sign in with a verified email address

Attempting to sign in takes me to a screen that says that I have been signed out, then takes me to a log in screen

Back to ticket creation screen, I must sign in with a verified email address

Click verify email address button

Back to the screen that says I have been signed out, then immediately to the login screen

Endless loop of frustration
I do not wish to offend, I am a system engineer myself and making sure services don't fail is pretty much my function, so trust me when I say I can understand how this happens. I am also as customer, however, and this frustration does not make for the best experience as a customer, especially since this is the second time this has gone down in such a short period of time.
I also know that customers being able to create tickets is an important thing if customer impacting issues are to be identified, addressed and fixed in a timely manor.
