Kled W is not working properly

Ever since this patch his W has been bugged, in that if it comes off cd during an auto attack that is already in progress, you do not get the fourth hit for his passive, 100% of the time it ends at the third auto so you miss out on the fourth hit and the max health damage. It was not like this before the auto cancel/plant bug was patched.
Steps to reproduce:
- Go in game with Kled.
- Time an Auto attack with W coming off CD.
That is it the fourth auto does not happen if the W comes off CD during an auto attack.
