Bard and possibly other healers proc dark harvest damage on heals and or ult.

> Bard in a game was doing execute damage with his ult for some reason because of dark harvest and I am afraid this could promote unhealthy game play in the future. Especially with lower ELO players. One guy even agreed and he was the bard who played. Certain champs are way too strong for what their kits do and I just wanted to bring it to the dev. team's attention. I will link the games replay to the report. Edit: I could not link the replay but I give consent to review the game in question on the date of 12/2/18 that occured at 12:25 and I was the Zyra in game.
