Pop ups

So I've seen the little popups on the client when something new comes out, and nothing is different with the new preseason. Just wondering if there is anyway to disable them or this is a bug, as whenever I get out of a game or log onto the client the pop up for preseason appears, every time, sometimes even popping up when I've just viewed mt profile or the shop. Is it a part of pop up system?? if so is there anyway to disable it??
