[GAMEPLAY] Miss Fortune Auto Attack not registering

On occasion, MF's initial AA's aren't registering. I'll click to AA, see the attack and bullet hit animation, here the audio queue for the AA landing, but no damage registers on health bars and no damage numbers come up. So far I'm only noticing this on enemy minions, not champions.

It might be a late AA cancel because I tend to AA click and move click right after. If it is, it happens very late, I'd guess about 3-5 tenths of a second after any other ADC's I play.

I haven't played around with replicating it, but notice it 2-3 times/game and only after the last patch.

Has anyone else noticed the same issue?
