Client is glitching

In collection Tab, it shows as if I have no champions. None at all when I have already bought them all. When I go to Training tab, and select Practice tool, I can't put in a bot and no champs show up for me to pick. I can play alright normally too but there too, I cannot see what champs are in champion rotation and which I bought. Nothing major but really ticks me off when I want to practice some complex combos on champions.
