[CLIENT][CRASH] Delayed starts and ban/pick times

When ever I queue up for a game and hit accept my client stalls for a while with the 10/10 people pop-up. Then I enter the ban/pick stage 3 bans in w/ the time being off. For example, if I'm first pick and banning, it says I have 35 seconds to ban, but at the 20 sec mark it acts like I used up all my time and the other team gets to ban. Then while they're banning, it shows them pick a champ and doesnt let me ban for about 30 seconds, and then i lose my chance to ban. Very annoying.
