[Gameplay] Ward blocking Spells bug

Wards block spells just the moment they die (both for being destroyed or when their time ends).

How to reproduce bug:

• Play Summoner's Rift.
• Put a Ward .
• Cast a spell the moment the ward dies (by team or killed by a player).
