[GAMEPLAY] Vi Q stopped working in ARAM

I was playing a game as Vi and everything was working fine until I noticed my Q just stopped working mid game. It was off cooldown but when I tried to push Q on keyboard or click the skill in the game it wouldn't work at all.

I have no idea how to reproduce it because this is the first time it happened to me.
