[GAMEPLAY] Vi Q stopped working in ARAM

I was playing a game as Vi and everything was working fine until I noticed my Q just stopped working mid game. It was off cooldown but when I tried to push Q on keyboard or click the skill in the game it wouldn't work at all.

I have no idea how to reproduce it because this is the first time it happened to me.

Is an old bug. Only fix known so far is to reload the game. It occurs randomly when your q is interrupted midway and/or you die midway. It happens more often when you die midway thou.
