Jarvan can still get stuck in terrain, and skin selection failure

I used my e q combo to get away from someone, put my flag down next to a wall, and after I moved to it, jarvan started walking in place in slow motion while the enemy walked up to me then meleed me to death while I was stuck. Also, I had a game where I selected Golden Alistar but it gave me the normal skin in game. I thought both of these issues were fixed before now
