Game crash bug

It hasn't happened to me before until this patch. About once every few games, the match will completely freeze. Sound still continues as though nothing has happened. I can't tab out of league. Thhe only way to escape it is to shut down my pc. I know other people have been encountering it too and I would really like to know if there is a fix.

It's happening to me as well ... Even if I shut the PC down and reopen league it occurs after minutes . Super frustrating it lost me ranked games and the problem is that I'm going to get reported
