Club Bug

Hello.

I am here to inform that i have a bug with clubs. A couple of months ago, i created a club named "You got carried" with the tag "Fudas" and recently after the clubs being remove to adjust them my club doesn't appear on the clubs tab. Even the tag on party creation, champion select and summoning the club tag doesn't appear. To my friends i am still the club leader but when i am online to them on the friend's tab, i am offline to them in the club chat.

Can someone help me with this?
