Hello, my name is BlazeSoulZephyr and today i did the League preseason update and it was saying that i was gonna get 5000+ blue essence from the runes i had, and i didn't receive a thing . i was with 1701 IP yesterday and today it's the same amount. Can i have a clear awnser or can someone help me in this "problem"?

i have the same problem riot can you do something with it it says i suppose to have 8195 blue essence and i only got 195 nothing from my runes have returned.

Comple the quest for first win of the day i got my rewards after that.
I have the same problem, they told me i have 24000 + blue essence and i only have 4698 now. i hope they will fix this.
The extra BE after the quest is in the LOOT fam. Enjoy your cash :)
I have a similar problem, I would have gotten 20K+ BE from my Runes alone, but Instead, I did not get anything from it. Even my original blue essence amount did not get multiplied.
Note: I finished the Daily Win and checked my loot page, there was nothing.

Same with me here, I did my first win of the day bonus when I first logged back on, and it said I completed the quests, but I still only have 514 BE. I was supposed to get like 12000 or around that amount. Wondering when this will get fixed.
