Hello, my name is BlazeSoulZephyr and today i did the League preseason update and it was saying that i was gonna get 5000+ blue essence from the runes i had, and i didn't receive a thing . i was with 1701 IP yesterday and today it's the same amount. Can i have a clear awnser or can someone help me in this "problem"?

WitheringAurora1 votesI have a similar problem, I would have gotten 20K+ BE from my Runes alone, but Instead, I did not get anything from it. Even my original blue essence amount did not get multiplied.
Note: I finished the Daily Win and checked my loot page, there was nothing.

Hazamarama1 votesSame with me here, I did my first win of the day bonus when I first logged back on, and it said I completed the quests, but I still only have 514 BE. I was supposed to get like 12000 or around that amount. Wondering when this will get fixed.
