It's an Auto attack. It always find it's mark. It's like ADC's auto attacks. Just deal with it :^)
its not a bug, hec e is still a basic attack and basic attacks cannot be stopped once they are already in motion(thats why even if you flash away you can sometimes die to somebodys aa)you used e after his aa was going through so you took the damage even tho he didnt hit you

Whats the counterplay to it then? Buy Zhonyas on adcs?
