The "Skins" in collection disappeared!

Can anyone acknowledge me what happened to the "skin" section of the collection menu?

Yeah, they have a notification in the client that states:

Network Operations – Last Monday at 10:56 PM We have temporarily disabled the skins tab due to a bug and are working on a fix

You can check for yourself at, status.leagueoflegends.com. As for why it happened, I am unable to tell you.
