[GAMEPLAY] Dark Cosmic Jhin doesn't talk when in game

I'm using Dark Cosmic Jhin, and he's completely silent except when respawning and recalling. Sometimes he's even silent when recalling. I've heard about this happening with other champions and skins as well. There's no VO and it makes the skin feel cheap and without character. I wanna hear some of those voice lines I plan on paying for when the skin comes out.
