Amumu's ult bug upon death

I recently encountered a bug similar to the jinx ult bug in the past. As amumu, the ult can be activated right before death and the ultimate will go on cd even though the ult may not even go off. This was particularly bad in my game as it has a 140 second base cd at rank 1. It resulted in me having no ult for 2 critical team fights.
