was just wondering if this hurt me riot

my game kept freezing or a grey fog over the screen and i couldn't do anything so i had to force close and their for got a leave buster and this happen 5 times today. i was wondering if this hurt or set me back in my goal to get a ribbon for being a good sport because they look sweet and would like to earn one before im 100. also could you reset my leave buster thingy just so i dont have to wait 20 mins plus if it happens again or risk getting BAND as i love this game and what to continue my lol addiction ;-)
