[GAMEPLAY] Yorick Ghoul Summon Bug

I've only yet noticed this bug on Aram while the enemy team had Yorick, now I'm not sure exactly how this occurred but for some reason he had summoned a Ghoul that you could target, had no health and immune to damage but not CC. You can see this in the 3 pictures how it's remained and can cause an inconvenience as it still attacks minions and also deals damage yet receives none. If you've experienced this please provide details if you know how this has occurred.
