Graphics glitches

I recently played a game and while i was playing i was messing with my graphics the option to pick the graphics to fit your screen i guess (1880x543) these aren't the exact numbers but they are similar then out of no where my screen goes blue and says "Not support!" what do i do and how do i fix it :(
