Game delay

Just aftar the 6.5 update i joined a match and i found the game delay i can't lvl up minions are not moving the the mid tower was attacking someone in the bot lane and this happeninig in lol only i play another online games and no problem in it and also i got banned for nothing how i can play in such bugs or delays so plz help me to find a solution and this bann i don't desirve so lz unbann me the fault is not from me ! Thanks
