League is having very weird series of glitches after using hextech repair tool.

So lately I've been having a lot of problems with disconnecting so I tried using the hextech repair tool to do a complete uninstall/reinstall. after doing this and queueing up for a ranked game as Shyvana Jungle, however, I noticed some game-breaking oddities.

Firstly, I was clearing Krugs when I disconnected for the first time. after 30 seconds or so I came back online, no real harm done. my burn damage killed the krugs luckily so I clicked on Brambleback's camp to go clear him and I WALKED RIGHT THROUGH THE WALL. It wasn't lag or anything because I used my speed boost in the middle of walking through the wall with no delay.

Our brand gets ganked by Nidalee and she gets the kill. I see "an ally has been slain" and look up to see that it has the red buff's portrait where Brand's should be (I.E. it said allied red buff was killed by enemy nidalee.) I'm confused by this, but I've seen graphical oddities like this before so I dismiss it.

I DC a second time, and come back to find myself level 11 when the rest of my team is 12-13. frantically I try to catch up, going to go clear krugs once again. However, when I get to krugs, it says I'm level 1 with 280/280 XP. (Side note: my seven year old brother was watching me and said it was at 11 but started going down while I was walking. I didn't see for myself so I'm not sure.) I kill a few of the krugs and I see "Level up!" pop up- followed by an immediate crash. Then a pop-up comes up, letting me know that certain files couldn't be reached and a fatal error occurs.

I took a bit of time to fill out a bug report, since this was just completely strange and out of the ordinary. I come back to the game and begin playing. I click on midlane to help with a seige and see Shivana doing her running animation in place. after a certain time had elapsed, she teleported exactly where I clicked. after experimenting, it seemed that my character model wouldn't update in position until I reached my destination, and then it would teleport. I backed with no issues and tried to walk and it seemed to go normally. however, I didn't even pass our inhibitor before I crashed again. we lost the game before I could reconnect.

I used Hextech repair tool, thinking it was probably the safest bet for going through the process of uninstallation and reinstallation. So why would it corrupt my game files and what should I do?
