[Gameplay] Ekko's Phase Dive - Range Hit

So I was playing and was against a Teemo.True it wasn't annoying, but when I would try to engage a fight on Teemo, the maximum range on Phase Dive wouldn't hit him when they are on the range. So far this has happen to me most of my games playing Ekko against any yordles (not to be douche or anything). And this is really annoying.
