Kogmaw in game name glich

In coop vs ai kog maw name is show as the fowling code (display _ champion _ name _kogmaw )and then in the end game round up his name comes up unknown unknown koqmaw and ive seen this glitch for a bought a week now just thought I should let u guys know a bought it ..

I see this in the loading screen.. in game the name was right

Start a custom game put koqmaw in it and u will see the glitch I have had 3 of my friends see the same thing
