Loading screen crash

For some odd reason. I tried to play my first game today and i kept crashing in the loading screen and it was almost the first time it happened to me in a while. I was wondering what was the cause of this and want to know if it will hurt my account since i spent 30 minutes just trying to connect to the game. When on a coop versus AI just after the game and it worked 100% fine

Do you have custom skins installed? That's the first thing I can think of.

Not even. My problem is fixed but it bothers me and i hope nobody crashes like i did

I had this same problem. Connected fine yesterday. Today, I can't connect after restarting client, rebooting PC, and now I'm attempting to reinstall client.

Hopefully that works. And no, I have no custom skins.
