Silver Border Missing!

I earned Silver on last season and still don't have my border :( Wasn't this already fixed?

Could any administrator answer? I asked this some weeks ago and it was being resolved. Now when i enter LOL the warning isn't there anymore, so i think the issue is resolved. But i still don't have my border.

Can anyone tell me where i can talk to someone in Riot about this issue? The way this is going i will never have the silver border that i worked for one whole year :S

The border appears in ARAM and Custom games. It doesnt appear in summoner rift, blind, draft or against bots
