LoL Doesn't acknowledge that I try to reconnect

My last post was removed because i think riot misunderstood the problem. It's not that lol failed to connect, it's that it didn't try to. So here's the stoy again. Please think before you delete it this time. Because queues are disabled and I was bored, I decided to try to start a tutorial game. You know, the second type of tutorial. I locked in but the game didn't start, or show any signs of starting. So I quit the application and logged in again. It gave me the usual "you have left a game in progress. Please reconnect to continue." But nothing happened when I clicked it. It went gray for half a second the first time, and then nothing the rest of the times. I restarted my computer and everything, but I still can't log on. It didn't really give me a connection error or beach ball of death, it just didn't connect.
