Cassiopeia Ult does nothing if you flash after activating.

I was going to ignore this, but after it's happened a few times and lost me a game I had to report it. Cassiopeias ult will do the animation, but if you flash afterwards, it won't do any damage or apply crowd-control. I have been able to recreate this issue a few times.
