[CLIENT] Can't veiw legacy skins in Summoner Profile

On my summoner Profile for Example is supposed to be showing my skins owned. He only shows Surgeon, Blood Moon, and Warlord. None that say owned underneath either. And i am the proud owner of EVERY Shen skin, As well as a tick under 500 skins. Any idea if this is being looked into or happening to anyone else?

Also, when i hover over the greyed out "unlock champion" button it says unavailable. Not sure if because i own all the champions or not.
