[CLIENT] Owned Skins don't show up in Summoner Profile

All the skins i own do not show up on my Summoner Profile. For Example only shows Surgeon, Blood Moon, and Warlord. However I am the proud owner of every single Shen skin. Yellow Jacket, Frozen, Surgeon, Blood Moon, Warlord, and TPA. -When i view champions, none of them say "owned" underneath the skin profile. --Is this happening to anyone else?

Not this specifically. I am having problems with SELECTED skins not being loaded on Summoners Rift. Example: I choose Jinx, select Mafia skin in champ select and again in team builder, or at very least I select the skin at one of these points. Game begins to load and to my disappointment, my skin does not show up on the loading screen or in game. I've noticed lots of people complaining about this since the beginning of season 5.

What gives?
