Ahri Q Not Damaging (Gameplay)

For several patches now, I've been noticing something with my main, Ahri. I honestly haven't noticed an exact way for this to occur. As far as I can tell it is random. Sometimes, when casting Q (Orb of Deception), the projectile will clearly pass through enemies but not damage them. Sometimes going directly through a minion wave a single minion will not be damaged by one of the orb's passes. As far as I've seen, only one pass of the orb will ignore damaging (but it can be either, at random from what I can tell), and it does happen to enemy champions from time to time. Just been noticing this for a while and finally remembered to mention it.

This patch especially, I can tell you I've seen Jinx ult's pass straight through people (including myself as Thresh), along with Ezreal Q's. It seems random though.

To be honest, Ahri's Q bug has been around since before the new SR update. I've witnessed it myself (I too am an Ahri main). It actually cost me a kill (it also saved my life once). It's pretty random and rare but it still happens. Please fix.

I've been hearing about a ton of detection bugs since the SR update. I know personally I'm always hearing my friend who main's Thresh complain about people walking through his Q's.

I just played a game where My Q would sometimes do 0 damage on the way back.
