[Akali] Mark of the Assassin top indicator missing
Affected champion: 
Description: The top indicator of Mark of the Assassin is missing. Specifically, after casting MotA only the bottom indicator appears on the enemy. I find this to have a major impact on game clarity. The indicator displays vital information, both to Akali and the enemy.
Reproduction:
- Pick Akali
- Level MotA.
- Activate on nearby minion / monster / champion.
- Observe missing top indicator.

Compare this to the ingame video of Mark of the Assassin (Profile / Champions / Akali / Abilities / Mark of the Assassin). The kama hovering over Talon's head is missing in the live game. It disappears shortly after application.
