Cant seem to find 7 rune page bundle

I only have 9 rune pages and I would like to get 7 more because I feel its more RP saving then to later decide to get 7 with single purchases but when I went to the runes section the 7 rune page bundle was gone and I can still see the runes that you can previously purchase with the tiers likes marks and stuff is there a way i can fix that and get the 7 rune page bundle or does me being honor 0 have anything to do with it?

You do realize that you can edit them in champion select, right? You legitimately don't need any more than 1 if you don't want more. Also, they don't appear to exist anymore because you legitimately don't need any more than 1.
