Matches not showing up in history :s

So i wanted to show a zyra match to a friend but it wasnt in match history, i did screenshot it cause of the swell kda and all but i still wondered why it wasnt there and maybe if other matches were also missed..

How often does this happen, what do we do about it? I had no dc. i do sometimes have weird lag and when i ask about it my whole team had it. yesterday indeed was one of those matches but not in the zyra one, i had the weird lag in the coop vs ai testing new fiora, so that couldnt have been it.
