Annoying UI glitch

Whenever I put cursor on top of neutral monster, this happens:

This message constantly shows on top on stuff and interferes with gameplay. My best guess is that it's caused by the HUD scale setting. Hoping to see a fix or just find temporary solution which does include or imply simply going back to default settings.
