Game Disappeared

Was in a Normal Draft game when all players disconnected and the game vanished, letting me re-q up for another game. From looking through the boards briefly some guy was playing karthus jungle and it kept happening to him, and in the game i just had there was also a karthus jungle, which could be rare coincidence but i dont think so. Maybe some interaction between karthus/smite or karthus + Smite + ability etc... ?
