When i clicked accept it said i declined the queue, and i got dodgetime.....
The amount of bugs i've been getting lately makes me wonna quit league because the company is so bad. So many bugs never getting fixed. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

You are obviously helping the cause by saying this.
Instead of making an actual bug report.
happened to me many times, for some reason the client dc me in the LoL queue or champ select but never when I am inside the game. usually I didnt get a dodge penalty because mostly it said something went wrong and didn't blame me for it but a few times I got the penalty.
What exactly did you do before it happened? I am pretty sure this happened to me before when somebody dodged whie I was editing my runes.
