Bobloser35552 voteshappened to me many times, for some reason the client dc me in the LoL queue or champ select but never when I am inside the game. usually I didnt get a dodge penalty because mostly it said something went wrong and didn't blame me for it but a few times I got the penalty.
Leaf on Bush1 votesWhat exactly did you do before it happened? I am pretty sure this happened to me before when somebody dodged whie I was editing my runes.
