I got blocked from queue because my client diden't work

I went into a game from champion select and it said error, and closed my client down. When i opened the client up again it said error (004)

After many tries i got in to my account and found out that i got blocked from queue in 5 minutes.

Its just 5 minutes, but its frustrating, and i lost my game (It was a remake)
