OCE Championship Kha'Zix Border

I don't know about others but on my acc, Championship Kha'Zix border does not work on the loading screen however other Championship borders do work. If i go on collection then skins, my Championship Kha'Zix has the border on it. Does the border not work when gifted the skin? Or is this happening to everyone?

The same. For me works only in basic skin
