Reconnecting Not Working (Gameplay and Client

As you can see from this image I cannot connect even tho this was after a game when the honor screen was going to happen. I press skip thing and now i can not play a game or connect. I try reconnect 10 times and still nothing. I don't know what to do now someone please help me. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I used a lot of money on this account and don't want to lose it.
