Boards Bug

I cant post on the PBE boards even though I log into my PBE account on it. In order to create a discussion it says I need to be level 1 but I'm already level 30. And I cant comment on anything as it says login to comment when I'm already logged in. I don't know if this is on your end or my end but I had a pvp draft game crash and dissapear and wanted to report it but I cant cause it wont let me post. PBE summoner name is Clone Unknown. (yeah I took shaclones name cause I'm a shaco main :P)
