I just completed the final mission that rewarded the project hunters emote but I don't have the emote either in my collection under emotes or in loot. Where is it?

How did you complete it? I just won a summoners rift game under 33 with a project icon and nothing happened for me. It just says 0/1. Alot of people have been reporting this too. I haven't seen any responses.
