Howling Abyss Loading Screen Stuck?

It has been like 7 minutes and one wont show up while 3 of us still have like 20% loading. Nothing is changing.

Is it our potatoes or is it league? This is the first time I've seen this happen.

EDIT: Welp we got disconnected me and my friend. But it didn't mention anything. We have different internet providers. It's strange that we both got disconnected from our game. Now we got a Leaver Buster and possibly some reports. UGH!!!

Anyway, all good with the game but that was odd.
