[Gameplay] Thresh lantern reset range not displayed

The distance that tells a thresh player when he is too far from his lantern is not being displayed on live (across all skins).

1. Play Thresh
2. Level W
3. Place lantern

Red Thresh image is taken from live (5.3). Normal Thresh is taken off my PBE and shows what it should look like:
