Constant Crashing Since Patch (Mac Client)

Ever since the patch hit I've been experiencing multiple crashes during load screens, in game, and even while trying to repair the client. The first time it happened was during a Ranked game, which thankfully my team was understanding since I kept reconnecting/crashing for basically 40 minutes. Since then I've only been doing bot matches and some dominion here and there because i'm afraid to do anything else. I have gone a few bot games without crashing but others I crash multiple times, sometimes to the point where every time I load in I instantly crash or crash at 100%. Never had this issue before on my Mac (well over 500 hours of gameplay since 4.2), internet is fine, router is fine, I've tried repairing several times but it crashes during the repair (varies, its taken minutes - almost an hour to crash during repair). I guess the next step is to completely wipe league and reinstall it but before I take that extreme measure I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. I know the mac client is "beta" and not officially supported but as I stated, never once had this problem before until the recent patch.
