Frames dropping during games

Since the update, I've been having frame drops. I don't know what caused it (except maybe the update) and before, my fps was completely fine.

I can't provide any proof because the software I use to record makes the frame drops even worse (despite not making a difference before) and it becomes even worse when looking at the file
