my client/game is bugged and i cant fix it

i was playing a jungle game and the enemy jungler came in and killed me, i lagged before he showed up and was frozen until i died. then my screen went off set, my clicks would only ping and i couldnt pan down, ive tried restarting the game, the client, and my computer. nothing fixed it, and it still persists, i tried a custom to see if it was still an issue after the initial game, and it seems to be something that will not go away untill i fix it
