coms are a must and communication is important, we have a pretty good shot caller. but anyone who considers themselves to be a good shot caller or thinks they could be is definitely wanted.

raging insulting or a general defeatist mentality not welcome. we don't surrender. because even a definite loss is a good learning lesson and an important key to improvement and overall success.

must have an open mind, and be open to constructive criticism.

id rather have a bronzie who has a great attitude and a desire to listen learn and improve rather than a gold/plat with a poor attitude who thinks they know everything.
